Happy New Years everyone!In Japanese tradition, it is good luck
to eat noodles at midnight, hence our midnight snack.
What's ramen without some hardboiled eggs?
To ring in the new year, Mama shared with mesome of her hardboiled egg. I know it's
not a traditionally good luck food, but maybe
we can make it a tradition from this year on?
